Drama

Weeks:

This course will introduce young children to Drama in an encouraging and fun-filled environment. During the four mornings we will sing songs, learn funny poems, practice moving to music, play special drama games, dress up and put on a wonderful show!

Throughout this confidence boosting experience children will learn how to:

• listen and concentrate
• express themselves and tell a story
• create and imagine through improvisation
• work as part of a team

There will be an informal performance at 12.50 on Thursday.

Tutor: Larissa Webb

Larissa Webb graduated 5 years ago, and has directed and choreographed a number of shows as well as running theatre, drama and dance workshops. She is also an experienced performer, having played a variety of roles in various plays and musicals as well as TV and films. Larissa particularly enjoys working with young children.
