The Upcycle Project 9-16 years

Summer  Weeks 1  & 2

Four full days 10am – 4pm

£220 including all materials

Our fun and exiting project this year will use assembly techniques to produce a small item of furniture.

The resulting piece can then be decorated using decoupage, chalk paint and or stencils to transform it into something amazing and individual.

Learn a variety of useful skills and how to work with a range of materials.

    • Design ideas

    • Assembly techniques

    • Using basic tools including

      battery operated drills and  screwdrivers

    • Painting

    • Decoupage

    • Stencilling

Suitable for both boys and girls, no previous experience required.

Tutor: Linda Gregory

Linda Gregory is a designer with over 40 years experience, with a passion for fashion, fabrics, and making. Linda has worked for a number of international companies and also has over 25 years teaching experience in further education on a wide range of subjects, including graphic design, typography, design concept, illustration, and millinery.

  1. Absolutely fabulous holiday courses, they came back with lots of new skills

    Please… always do this course… crafting techniques and skills and an outstanding upcycled product at the end. Particularly good value and a great fit for my daughter.
