Great leaders aren’t born, they’re developed. This dynamic course helps young people build the confidence, communication, and teamwork skills needed to thrive in school, social settings, and future leadership roles.

Using games, situational workshops, group challenges, and collaborative activities, students will strengthen their ability to think critically, communicate clearly, solve problems, and work effectively as part of a team. Through shared tasks and discussion, they’ll explore leadership styles, emotional intelligence, active listening, and how to contribute positively within a group environment.
