Do you want to speak with confidence, clarity, and impact? In today’s world, strong communication skills are more valuable than ever! This fun and interactive course will help children find their voice, express their ideas, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Through theatre games, engaging exercises, and teamwork, students will explore the art of public speaking & scene study. Learning to analyse scenes, bringing them to life through emotional exploration, improvisation & bonding exercises; all leading up to an exciting scene presentation to the class, at the end of the week!

Tutors: Rowena Rolton-McGann
Rowena Rolton-McGann – Rowena has a double BA in English Literature and Theatre Arts along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Directing. She has worked as a Stage Manager and Assistant Director for the Cincinnati Children’s Theatre. Rowena was an Intern at the RSC, Barbican, where she worked with Alby James and stage managed two plays directed by Sue Dunderdale. She has worked at the Tabard Theatre, in Turnham Green and the King’s Head, in Richmond, and the National Theatre Education Department, among others.
