Everyone can learn to draw, and this is your chance to do it with confidence and skill! Whether you’re interested in figures, cartoons, manga, or book illustrations, this exciting workshop will help you master the basics and beyond.
Led by an expert tutor, students will explore:

Tutor: Nik Afia
Nik Afia – Has an HNC in Graphics and Illustration from Dumfries College and BA (Hons) in Art and Design from Suffolk University College, Ipswich. He began work as a storyboard artist on children’s TV show Teletubbies, which lead to working as an illustrator, character designer, graphic designer and storyboard artist on many other TV projects, probably the best known being Rosie and Jim, Brum, Tweenies, Eastenders, Father Brown and Red Dwarf. Nik has also worked as an illustrator for children’s books for publishers such as Walker Books and Macmillan and, most recently, illustrated a children’s book for Doug Naylor, creator of Red Dwarf.
